Heather joined Javery Pain Institute in 2012 as a registered nurse, prior to completing her graduate studies in August 2017. She signed on as a Nurse Practitioner in September 2017. She specializes in adult and geriatric medicine. A native of Fruitport, Michigan she completed her Associates of Registered Nursing from Muskegon Community College.
She then moved to Grand Rapids and completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Ferris State University. She completed the Masters of Science in Nursing, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. Heather enjoys providing compassionate, individualized care to each patient, while also lending a listening ear and understanding. She loves working with a team of medical professionals that support each other and strive to provide the best patient care possible.
Heather resides in Walker, Michigan with her husband and two small children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her young family, the theater, Detroit baseball, and Michigan State football.
